Karen Henderson brings a wealth of experience to the
Springstreet team. For many years she supervised the
LCBO’s lineup of (150+) Product Consultants, including
responsibility for recruitment, hiring, and training.
She managed the logistics for ten LCBO training
conferences, covering everything from planning to
implementation. This involved arranging wine tastings,
guest speakers, and employee accommodations. She also
followed up each conference by tracking success and
finding innovative ways to improve efficiency.
With her background in journalism, Karen’s core
strengths are excellent communication and outstanding
organization. Her career with the LCBO allowed her to
hone these skills by delivering many seminars on a wide
range of products, participating in live radio call-in
shows, and writing articles for various media outlets.
She has extensive knowledge of wine, spirits and beer
from all over the world. |
